Mailing Services
PMSG provide a range of mailing services including mail merge and printing, signature printing, matching and mailsort. Often we can save our clients’ money on their postage by using down stream access providers, with Royal Mail providing the final mile delivery.
We also source and provide suitable mailing lists and can build and maintain address lists from client activity or existing databases. Envelopes are printed with a return PO Box number, so any that are undelivered are returned to us and the databases updated.
In addition we often build in sleepers in to the mailing to check the delivery service levels.
Response Handling
Through our Freepost and PO Box numbers PMSG receive coupons and responses, data capturing the relevant information. These responses can be used as prize draws or for future mailings ensuring the data protection laws are abided by.
